Our Return & Exchange Policy

If your item doesn't work out for you, we are happy to exchange your item or you can receive store credit that can be used towards your next purchase.
Custom Orders & It's Your Lucky Day Items are FINAL SALE
All exchanges are accepted as long as the request is made to exchange the item within 4 days of receiving the merchandise.
Once approved we will generate the Prepaid label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund which is $6.00. We will email you with the label attached.
You will have 3 days to send the item back.
If your a local customer, you can e-mail us to make arrangements to exchange your item at our physical location. This is by appointment only, please call or email us.
