Shipping Policy
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Domestic Orders $75.00 Or More
Free Shipping is only available only in the United States. International Orders are shipped via the carrier chosen and paid for during the checkout process.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Please use correct abbreviations, we do not take responsibility for any incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue an online credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus our shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from My Closet Vault, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service, UPS, or DHL – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. My Closet Vault does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a email with tracking information.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, My Closet Vault reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, My Closet Vault reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “ward-robing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, My Closet Vault reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
